How to use it

  1. Edit the signature above. Click any text to retype it; click a social icon to change its link; click the headshot or logo to set your own image.
  2. Click Copy signature, then check the size line below the button — it must read fits in Gmail (green) before you paste.
  3. In Gmail, open Settings → See all settings → General and scroll to Signature.
  4. Create a new signature, click into the box, and paste (⌘V / Ctrl V). Set it as default for New emails and Replies, then Save changes at the bottom.
About images and Gmail’s size limit. Gmail caps a signature at 10,000 characters, so images are linked by URL, not embedded. When you click the headshot or logo and pick a photo, it’s shrunk and uploaded to our Cloudflare host automatically, and the signature just links to it — so it always stays well under the limit. Your edits are saved in this browser automatically; use Reset to start over.
